Shadowconstellations
I'm Erik, Shadow Transformer, and in January 2026, I'll be facilitating shadow constellations at the Key of Life for anyone stuck in patterns that prevent them from living their life the way they want. During a session, in a small, safe group setting, you'll not only identify these unconscious blocks, but also understand and transform them through a powerful, body-oriented process. The result? You'll dissolve that persistent obstacle and create space for real change in your life.
I've been working intensively with Shadow Process work for 12 years now. I've facilitated hundreds of people, both privately and in groups. I also facilitate process work courses at the men's association, ManKindProject.
